Most of Scorchis’ personality remains a mystery, but it appears that she has a more quiet and reserved personality. Preferring to show more of her 'true self' when she's amongst her family and close friends.

Due to Scrochis’ condition, throughout the events of the chapter Scorchis was seen as being tired, perhaps even sleeping through certain events. However, unlike Incendis and Kindra, Scorchis was seen using her element in a stable breath of fire during the chapter, whilst the former two were struggling to breathe a single ember.

Scorchis and Terin have grown to become friends over the years. Despite Scorchis sleeping most of the time, Terin gladly acts as her 'pillow', on top of making sure she isn't left behind.

In the first version of the first page, Scorchis was a pink-ish red with blue secondary colors.
After her first redesign her markings were purely red, but these were changed to be yellow to avoid associations with the fear element.
Scorchis has a condition that leaves her constantly exhausted and in need of excessive sleep.
