A loving mother with some cheek to her personality.
History
⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺
Levina grew up in Concurrent Skies, the daughter to the heir of Surgestrom, a military clan. She served in the Warfang army as a healer.
As Levina was not the firstborn child, her mother wedded her off to Stormbringer in 2938 when she was 38, to its 45-year old heir, Lieutenant Tordner. Upon her Unity, Levina left the army to raise her children.
Levina had her first two children soon after her Unity, then had her third and last 5 years later.
The Unity was a rocky one. Her Unified was not unhappy with the arranged union and did not want to be exclusive, considering he had no say in what dragoness was chosen for him. He was unfaithful, sleeping with dragonnesses far younger than Levina herself. Though he was fully honest with this and even encouraging Levina to do the same, Levina wanted their unity to genuinely work. Even if she didn't, any infidelity from her side would be insulting to Stormbringer, a far more powerful clan than Surgestrom. She had no other options. Still, she accepted Tordner's stance, and they made it work as friends - at least, until Styrmer, their third child, was diagnosed.
Styrmer's 'weak mental capacity' made the Matriarch and Elders of Stormbringer unhappy, and they quietly blamed it on Levina. For his other children, Tordner was contracted to other dragonnesses. Though hurt and enraged, Levina took this in stride, staying for the sake of her children and even raised Tordner's subsequent, other children as her own. But her resentment towards her Unified grew.
The final drop came when Tordner's mother, Matriarch and General Lyneris refused to pay Styrmer out of obligatory military service. Then-Commander Tordner, as always, did not challenge his dam's decision. As Styrmer was otherwise physically fit for service, he was made to serve despite his psychological challenges - as anything different was too shameful for a Stormbringer.

Levina started the process of Diverging from Tordner, despite protests from Surgestrom. Levina wanted Styrmer to be yielded back to Surgestrom with her, but Matriarch Lyneris refused. A legal battle ensued, one that Levina was largely alone in as Surgestrom was not willing to further scorn Stormbringer.
The struggle proved futile however, as by the end of Styrmer's obligatory service, he was killed.
Stormbringer yielded him to Surgestrom post-mortem.
Levina has since only visited Warfang mainland a few times.

Tordner
After her thirty-year Unity to the now-Stormbringer Patriarch, she has nothing but disdain towards him, even if he (unfaithfulness aside) was decent to her.
Lynerius and Tordena
Levina loves her children and is always happy to see them, not worried about breaking high-society expectations in her greetings and public affection for them.
Trivia
⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺
The name 'Levina' is a real-world name meaning 'lightning bolt' or 'dear friend'.
Levina's electricity counts as purple electricity, as pale/white electricity can only be tinted yellow. Still, her element is unusually desaturated.
