Frigir was Isolda's Master, the Master of Magic she apprenticed under after leaving the Frostspear Clan. He lives in the Ice Citadel as a practicing Master of Magic - someone studying non-elemental magic and offering their rare abilities for hire.
As a Master of Magic herself, Isolda is no longer his Apprentice, but they work closely together still.
